Terms & Conditions T & C Cancellation Policy If a session is booked and must be canceled for any reason, a 24-hour cancellation policy is enforced. If the session is canceled but rescheduled to another day to make up for the session, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, there is no additional cost for the rescheduled session. This applies to both client and trainer. A no show or cancellation inside the 24-hour notice period will incur the full session amount. The trainer reserves the right to be flexible in applying this policy in extreme circumstances, solely at their discretion. You understand that if only 1 of you is unable to attend a session, it is treated as a 1 on 1 session and will be charged accordingly This document may be referred to at any time if any of the above have been disregarded or not followed.
